7 Ways to Manifest a New Relationship in the New Year

18 January 2024

If you haven’t heard it from me yet, “Happy New Year!” It’s already 2024. Let me ask you, is one of your New Year’s resolutions to manifest a new relationship?

If so, you’re not alone. Many singles have “Find new love in 2024” on their wish list. So, you’re in good company.

What’s sad is that most singles have no idea how to make their wish a reality and forget to ask a very important question. What does it take to manifest a new relationship this year?

But don’t worry if you don’t know how to do it. I’ve got your back. Here are 7 tips to help you manifest the new relationship you’re dreaming of:

  1. Know what you want for your life.

This is the first step to manifesting a new love relationship. Why? Because you’ll attract the kind of person who wants what you do. And if they don’t, they’ll move on! (And you want them to do that since you don’t want to settle.)
  2. Get greater clarity around the kind of person who’d be a good partner for you.

Know what you want and focus on that. This will serve you in so many ways. (We’ll discuss that more in tips #4 & #5!)

How do you gain clarity for manifesting a new relationship this year? Make a list of what you want in a romantic partner. Then, ask yourself if each item on your list is really important to you. What many of my clients find when we go through this process is that some of their wants are too restrictive causing them to dismiss people who might be a great match!

Keep in mind that you’ll want to revisit this list regularly because your needs will change over time. And as you meet more and more people along your manifestation journey, you’ll potentially find other things you want and maybe things you don’t want. Which brings us to the next tip.
  3. Write down what you don’t want in a partner!

It seems much easier to list what you don’t want instead of what you do! When you have this list, you’ll have an easy reminder of why you’re not dating someone. This comes in really handy when you question yourself about a breakup or are tempted to seek out an ex!
  4. Go back to online dating with a new approach and attitude.

Everyone comes to me and says, “But Amy, I’ve tried online dating and it didn’t work for me.” Since 80% of my successfully coupled clients have met through online dating, my response is, “That’s true, it hasn’t happened yet, however, it’s possible!”

So, stay positive and try again. Timing is very important online and so is adjusting your profile to reflect who you are and openly communicate who you’re looking for in a life partner (See tip #2). When you do, you’ll see you’ll get better results.

You can learn how to improve your odds with my free online dating checklist which you can download at (My clients tell me my methodology is “magical”! So, you’ll want to download your copy right away.)
  5. Ask people who know and love you to introduce you to the kind of person you want to meet. (See #2)

Why did I put “See #2”? Because you need to be able to succinctly share who you’re looking for with someone who can introduce you to the right person.

Introductions are the second-best way my clients have met people for a serious, committed relationship AFTER they learn the Motivated to Marry® techniques for asking and figuring out WHO to ask for those introductions. There is a method to that too!
  6. Seek out groups and activities where you’d most likely meet people who share your interests and passions.

You likely already know this, but are you doing it? Are you trying new groups to widen your social network and potentially meet another single person in the same situation? Or are you sitting at home or hanging out with the same people all the time?

Another problem I see is many people go to events and activities but are not really looking for a serious, committed relationship.  You need to learn how best to weed out those people.

When we’re doing things we’re passionate about, we tend to be more vibrant and subsequently, more attractive. Then, we’re more likely to meet people who are similar to us.

Have you tried anything new recently? If not, look for co-ed groups, not just those that are all women or all men. Put yourself in situations that have people of the opposite sex to give you the best chance to manifest a new relationship this year. (The Motivated to Marry® Dating Secrets Coaching Program has a list of where the men are and where the women are!)
  7. Keep a positive outlook and don’t give up when a potential love interest doesn’t turn out as planned.

When a relationship ends, there’s usually a good reason why it didn’t work out and you didn’t manifest a new relationship. Sometimes the reason is simply that you weren’t ready to manifest a new relationship.

That’s why it’s so important that you do the work. When you do, you’re putting yourself in the best position to take advantage of every opportunity that comes your way.

And before you know it, the right person will show up! I’ve seen my clients manifest new relationships time and time again.

So, I wish you the best in manifesting a new relationship in 2024. If I can be of any help to make this an easier journey, then let’s talk.

I hired a relationship coach to help me manifest true love and then I found my husband Alan. We’ve been married for over 21 years!
