Although it\u2019s just another day of the year, I know this may be a difficult time for you if you are not currently dating someone and you wish to be part of a couple at this time of your life.<\/p>\n

I just want to say, don\u2019t give up on your dream of having a loving relationship.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The fact that you are working on yourself and are learning and growing can only serve you when you do meet that special person.<\/p>\n

So here\u2019s my gift for you.<\/p>\n

I want to you to write down all the wonderful qualities you have and how you have been a caring person to others.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 What are your talents? (if you are not sure, ask your friends and family members)
\n–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 How have you given to your friends, community and family in terms of time, attention and perhaps financially?
\n–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 What are your values?
\n–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 What are your interests or passions? (how do you spend your free time?)
\n–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 And what are your reasons for wanting a relationship at this time of your life.<\/p>\n

Write this down.<\/p>\n

This is who you are and why someone would appreciate you.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Keep this description of you close to you.<\/p>\n

When you doubt yourself look at this to remind yourself why someone would love you.<\/p>\n

It hasn\u2019t happened yet.<\/p>\n

It will happen because it\u2019s important to you and you won\u2019t give up trying to find love.<\/p>\n

Valentine\u2019s Day is to tell (and show) those you love that you do so.<\/p>\n

We can show our love to a child, a friend or a parent or family member.\u00a0The elderly would really appreciate the attention!<\/p>\n

I believe we should demonstrate our love all year round, not just on February 14th.<\/p>\n

Be good to yourself and treat yourself to something fun!<\/p>\n
